We just took a ride to look at a house on Aloa Vera (off Dynamite) that Diamante is building. NO DIAMANTE, you won't find a record matching my name (your copy and paste response to everyone who has a complaint). We were ready to contact our Realtor to set up a showing, and had even contacted a Home Inspector to do "phase" inspections (aka Course of Construction Inspections). Then I read the reviews. WOW!!! There's absolutely NO WAY I will trust this despicable builder. Do your research before looking at new construction. Some builders, like this Diamante appears to be, are the reason new construction should NEVER be an option. Let some foolish buyer deal with all the headaches and legal problems that a low-quality builder leaves them with. If you do decide to buy a house from Diamante, you should have an attorney lined up in advance.
