Elite Roofing, Candy, and Jared were absolutely outstanding! From the first inspection through the final walkthrough, Jared went above and beyond to guide me through a difficult roof leak situation. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right, not just fast. The team at Elite Roofing was professional, on time, and meticulous in their work. They clearly explained every step, kept the site clean, and followed through exactly as promised. Jared in particular took the stress out of what could have been a nightmare repair, communicating updates frequently and making sure I understood my options before moving forward. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines honesty, craftsmanship, and customer care at this level. I couldn’t be more impressed with Elite Roofing and the service I received. I called them with an urgent roof issue hoping it would be resolved immediately, -forecast of rain this weekend, and they responded. They came out the very next day, provided an estimate the same day, and scheduled the repair without any delay. What really stood out was that Jared, the owner, personally made sure everything was taken care of before the rain this weekend. That level of dedication and follow-through is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful for the prompt, professional service. Highly recommend Elite Roofing for anyone needing reliable and responsive roof repair!

We had elite roofing replace our roof, we couldn’t have had a better experience, the 4 men worked hard, very courteous, and professional. They left not a trace that they were there, they picked up all the trash, and did an excellent job. They were very professional, we would definitely use them again if need be. We couldn’t have been more pleased, The roof looks beautiful, and brand new!

Elite Roofing is an amazing company. They are quick to respond but most importantly, they are thorough and honest. They provided us with a comprehensive inspection and told us exactly what was needed to repair our leak. No up charging or recommending unnecessary service or repairs. We had serious issue of water damage in kitchen ceilings and corner of dining room where water leaks were apparent for months with our Arizona rain. The patio roof across the entire back of the home needed to be redone as well as the entire tiled roof. Elite Roofing took on our project as an emergency before our upcoming monsoon rains. (Home was build in 1990) We had several areas of roof redone but not the roof entirely in 42 years. ELITE ROOFING WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS ASKED OF THEM! I cannot express how thankful we are for the quick, great customer service and reasonable estimate for the entire project. Extremely professional staff, roofers were fast and very efficient.
